Cancellation and Damages Policy
Owing to the fact that Omeo Colonial Motel doesn't enforce a minimum stay period, i.e. a minimum two-day stay, over a weekend and also doesn't charge any extra for any holiday period, we have found it necessary to implement a cancellation policy as follows:
A 50% charge will be implemented on a per room per night basis if a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of DAY OF ARRIVAL.
A 75% charge will be implemented on a per room per night basis if a booking is cancelled ON DAY OF ARRIVAL.
A 100% charge will be implemented on a per room per night basis on a NO SHOW. i.e. no phone call to cancel the booking.
All cancellation fees will be deducted from your credit card. Your stay at Omeo Colonial Motel constitutes an agreement with this policy.
Damages or loss caused by your use of our facilities may incur a credit card charge.
